Our salvage crews go into houses and commercial spaces slated for remodel or demolition and harvest the good stuff (doors, cabinets, windows, appliances, flooring, hardware) to prevent it from going to waste. We haul it back to our retail stores (Tacoma and Seattle) and make it available for sale. JOB DESCRIPTION
Team members will work with customers in the store and also develop proficiency in receiving material drop-offs and/or salvaging materials in the field.

Typical store work functions:
Helping customers find and choose appropriate materials
Loading/unloading of materials
Stocking and merchandising of incoming materials

Field Crew Functions
-Loading/unloading and handling heavy and delicate materials, maintaining them in marketable condition
-Maintaining safe conditions on job sites and during transport
-Maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and fellow team members
-Providing excellent customer service to further our mission of materials reuse
-Working with the team to continually learn and improve

– Crossover work in other parts of the business, such as receiving, warehouse and customer service, to help with overall business needs.
